    Terms, Conditions, Refunds & Liability

    The Registration fee is non-refundable and all camps, after-school, and year-round programs. Tuition, meals, merchandise, and services are nonrefundable, exchangeable, or transferable for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, misbehavior, illness, accidents, emergencies, natural disasters, pandemics, extreme weather, death, acts of God, etc. as we staff and plan for our programs according to enrollment.

    Missed days or weeks will not be compensated with other days or weeks. If a participant never attends (no-show) or cancels the contract before the start date, on the start date, middle of, or end of the program there will NOT be refunds or exchanges.

    Camp Lingua reserves the right to cancel any camp due to insufficient enrollment; refunds for all services, except the registration fee will be refunded at that time.

    Programs that are canceled by Camp Lingua will receive a refund of the remainder of the program not received. All refunds due will be paid within thirty (30) calendar days.

    Camp Lingua LLC and its representatives will not be liable for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, except when such liability is imposed by law. Neither shall Camp Lingua LLC. be liable for services not supplied due to a reason out of its control.

    Client further understands that the overhead expenses of the program do not diminish with the departure of some participants during the course of the year and that it is impossible for the Program to determine at the time of clients execution of their contract the damage and loss to the business that would occur due to the later cancelation/withdrawal of some of the participants who have enrolled. In addition, client understands that Camp Lingua staffs, plans, markets, contracts, purchases, board animals accordingly to its enrollment.

    Therefore, once the Registration has been submitted along with the Registration Fee and tuition, or full payment of the program, the client becomes liable for the entire tuition and fees and liquidated damages (and not a penalty) even if the participant is withdrawn, absent, or is involuntarily separated from the Program.
